Is it the government’s job to regulate the ownership of guns?

Author: Twelve Visions Party’s Statement: …The Prime Law protects people from initiatory force. Anyone can own a gun as long as it’s not used to commit initiatory force. A streamlined protection only government and free market business will work fast to eliminate any misuse of guns.
