Will the government repay all of the forced backed property taxes with the great replacement program revenue?

Author: Twelve Visions Party’s Statement: …No. It would not be repaid. The money from the great replacement program will be used for repaying social security and the national debt will be the priority. Additional uses of the money will be determined at a later time.

How will the Prime Law affect the Social Security program?
Twelve Visions Party’s Statement: …Social Security will be repaid in full with fair market interest by the sale of all government assets that have nothing to do with protection. Existing government employee retirements and veteran’s pensions will be sold to and managed by competent private industry.
